You are not alone.

An acute illness can take the wind out of anyone’s sails.

The fear, uncertainty and doubt caused by illness can overwhelm the strongest, most competent person of any age, especially singles.

I can help you clarify your personal values and life purpose,
so you can deal with your health challenge in alignment
with your true self.

I come alongside on your journey as needed.
You are not alone.

As an independent board certified patient advocate,
I work for you—not for your healthcare practitioners, or any hospital or rehab center or nursing home.

You have the right
to be in charge of your
healthcare decisions.

The majority of healthcare practitioners are dedicated to excellent patient care. They are hardworking and diligent in practicing their specialty. They care deeply about their patients and they face obstacles imposed by outside influences. Most are frustrated by the constraints imposed by the rules and regulations of healthcare insurance.

My function as a board certified patient advocate is to facilitate a beneficial working relationship with your healthcare practitioners. I work for you and represent your best interests, so YOU can make the best choices.

I do not choose for you.

Together, we design a plan of action which outlines what I can and will do for you. I follow through with regular updates. You are never alone as you rise to meet whatever health challenge you face.

  • Cure your illness.
  • Make everything perfect.

“Elizabeth’s approach focuses me as a client on what I can do instead of what I haven’t done, the positive instead of the negative. She zeros right in on people’s main issue in any given moment and helps them deal with that, which in turn creates clarity about surrounding issues.”
KD, Cleveland, OH

“Elizabeth generously and nobly shares her experience in the health sciences to advance the well-being of our community because she cares deeply about the world, and knows how to use that caring in wise and immensely helpful, practical ways.”
— Peggy Rubin, Center for Sacred Theatre, Ashland, OR

“I have seen Elizabeth in action many times as a patient advocate. She has a cool head and provides sound counsel; has the disciplined background of an RN and the wisdom of the hawk and the gentleness of the dove when advocating for her clients.”
Elizabeth V. Hallett, Senior Care Consultant, Ashland, OR
